Privacy Policy

1. What we store

We keep the smallest amount of data we need to run the service:

• From Discord (via OAuth): your Discord user ID, username, global display name, avatar hash, and email address.
• Subscription state: whether you're on Free or Pro, and the timestamp your current paid period ends.
• Your tracked list: the public usernames you've added to your dashboard, plus an optional Discord webhook URL if you configure one.
• Presence cache: short-lived public presence data for tracked accounts, fetched from the underlying gaming platform.
• Reactions: if you click a reaction on someone's activity, we store a random client ID alongside your reaction so one person can't react multiple times. No Discord ID is attached.
• Aggregate counters: total users seen, games detected, server start time — used for the "global stats" tile.

2. What we don't store

• We don't store passwords. We never see your Discord or platform password.
• We don't store payment card details. Payment happens outside this website (through our Discord ticket system); we only record whether your account is currently Pro.
• We don't sell your data. Ever.

3. Cookies

We set one session cookie (rbtracker_session) to keep you logged in. It's HTTP-only and, in production, served over HTTPS with the Secure flag. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Third-party services we use

• Discord — for login. See their privacy policy.
• Fly.io — our hosting provider.
• Upstash Redis — persistent storage for user records and subscription state.
• The online gaming platform we poll for public presence data.

5. How long we keep data

Account + subscription records are kept while your account is active. Presence cache is ephemeral (minutes). If you delete your account (see below), we remove your record within 30 days, except anything we need to keep for accounting / legal reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Export everything we store about you.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Correct inaccurate data.

Message weston.xyz on Discord or in the server. We'll respond within 30 days.

7. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13. If you're under the age of majority in your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian to use a paid subscription.

8. Changes

We'll post updates here and flag material changes in-app.
