Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Roblox Tracker ("the service", "we") is an independent web dashboard operated by weston.xyz. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe the platform whose public data we surface.

2. What the service does

The service lets a logged-in user assemble a list of public profiles on a major online gaming platform and view real-time presence data (online status, current game) for those profiles. All data shown is already publicly available on the underlying platform. The service only adds polling, formatting, notifications, and paid integrations on top of that public data.

3. Your account

Access requires logging in with Discord. You're responsible for the security of your Discord account and for anything done through your session. We store a minimal record tied to your Discord ID (username, avatar hash, email if Discord provides it, paid-subscription status).

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to harass, stalk, dox, or threaten anyone.
• Don't attempt to bypass the free-tier limits, paywall, or rate limits.
• Don't automate the service at abusive volumes or scrape it.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal where you live or where our servers run.

We can suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe the service is being abused.

5. Paid subscriptions

Pro is sold and activated manually through our Discord server. To subscribe, join the Discord linked in the app and open a ticket in the purchase channel; after payment is received, an admin activates Pro on your account. Pro is billed as a flat monthly fee ($6.99/month at the time of writing). Cancellations are handled the same way — open a ticket and we'll stop future billing. Pro access persists until the end of the current paid period you've already paid for.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Real-time presence data comes from a third-party platform we don't control; it can be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $20, whichever is greater.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after we post an update means you accept the new version. If a change is material, we'll do our best to flag it in-app.
