Refund Policy

1. How purchasing works

Pro is purchased via a ticket in our Discord server. You'll get Pro access on your account immediately once an admin confirms payment.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by opening a ticket in the same Discord server. Your Pro access stays active for the remainder of the period you've already paid for, and then drops back to Free. We don't re-bill you once you've cancelled.

3. Refund window

If you were charged and you believe it was a mistake — you meant to cancel, you didn't recognize the charge, the service wasn't working — open a ticket within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it, as long as:

• The request is your first refund on the account, and
• The account hasn't been used to abuse the service (see our Terms).

4. How to request

Open a ticket in our Discord (or DM weston.xyz) including:

• Your Discord username.
• Approximate date of the payment.
• (Optional) A sentence about what went wrong — helps us fix it.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you have under your local consumer law.
